These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and services (the “Services”) provided by STVLY Media LLC (“STVLY”). By using the Services or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
The Service
The AI Scorecard is a free, automated assessment of how visible a business appears to be to AI answer engines, provided for informational purposes only. Results are estimates and are not a guarantee of any particular ranking, visibility, or business outcome.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it, including any phone number you submit.
Communications consent
By submitting your information, you agree that STVLY may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email regarding your Scorecard and our services, as described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts and HELP for help. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by replying to ask to be removed.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by submitting websites or information you are not authorized to submit, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Services, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual property
The Services, including all content, branding, and the Scorecard methodology, are owned by STVLY Media LLC and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own business purposes.
Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or lead to any specific outcome.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STVLY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold STVLY harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
