How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your AI Scorecard and its results.
• To contact you — by phone call, text message (SMS), and email — about your results, to schedule a call, and to tell you about our services.
• To operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

SMS / text messaging

When you provide your phone number and opt in, you agree to receive marketing and informational text messages from STVLY at that number, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data is never shared with anyone for marketing.
